Official Rules

1.Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Colorado Lodge LLC, Big Bear Lake, CA (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor is solely responsible for the Giveaway. Participating partners are Ruffwear, SarahMarie Running Co., The Nomadik, and Parks Project (the "Partners"), who are each providing a portion of the prize but are not administering the Giveaway.

2.Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and the Partners, and their immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for complying with any rules your workplace or any third party may place on participation.

3.Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on July 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 24, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's computer or timekeeping system is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.

4.How to Enter

There are several free ways to earn entries during the Giveaway Period:

• Email entry: Complete the entry form on the giveaway page with your name, email, and phone number. This is the primary way to enter.
• Follow: Follow the official Colorado Lodge account and the four Partner accounts on Instagram.
• Like: Like the official giveaway post.
• Tag: Tag a friend in the comments of the official post. One tag equals one entry; multiple tags are allowed.
• Bonus entry: Share the official post to your Instagram Story and tag @coloradolodge.
• Grand-prize entries (10x): Join our combined email list via the link in our bio to receive ten (10) entries.

One person may enter using multiple methods above, but may not use multiple identities, email addresses, or accounts. Use of any automated system, bot, or fraudulent method to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5.Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

6.Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 27, 2026. The potential winner will be announced via the Sponsor's Instagram Stories and contacted directly by direct message from the official account and by email. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release before the prize is awarded.

7.Prize

One (1) grand-prize winner will receive the full mountain-and-lake prize bundle:

• Colorado Lodge: a $500 credit toward a stay in any cabin, valid for any dates within 12 months.
• The Nomadik: the "Big Bear Adventure Box" (approx. $300 value).
• SarahMarie Running Co.: $300 in apparel, hats, and gear.
• Ruffwear: the Dog VIP Mountain-Lake Bundle (approx. $270 value).
• Parks Project: a $100 gift card, two camping chairs, and the 2026 calendar (approx. $160 value).

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Each prize component is fulfilled by the respective Partner.

Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes valued at $600 or more, the Sponsor may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099, and the winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security or Tax ID number.

8.Prize Claim & Forfeiture

The potential winner has seventy-two (72) hours from the time notification is first sent to respond and claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be reached, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or fails to return any required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

9.Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission for the Sponsor and the Partners to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10.Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Partners, Instagram, and their respective parents, affiliates, and employees from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

11.General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

12.Privacy & Data Use

Information you submit is collected by the Sponsor and used to administer the Giveaway. By joining the email list, you opt in to receive the Sponsor's newsletter and marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Information handling is governed by the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

13.Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.

14.Winner's List

For the name of the winner, send an email to info@thecoloradolodge.com with the subject line "Giveaway Winner Request" within 60 days after the Giveaway ends.
